We opened for business in an already
established bakery called Cinnamon Roll Fair on Balboa Island in Newport Beach
on March 2005.
Our whole purpose is to provide yummy desserts that are
prepared from scratch, fresh and tasting just like they did when we were kids.
Currently, our bakery services local customers from Newport Beach,
Huntington Beach, Irvine, Corona Del Mar, Seal Beach and Laguna. We also get
tourists who come from all parts of the United States, as well as overseas.
Some of our customers, although they have moved away, come back to
share with their children those special memories of our baked goods.
I
personally make and bake all the desserts and guarantee that you will find them
fresh and yummy. Everything tastes as it should and nothing is made from a
pre-made mix. We use real eggs, butter, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and
whatever else the recipe may need.
I hope as you enjoy my baked goods
you smile and remember back to when you were a kid and say “It’s just
like mom use to make.”
